You've sat across the table from a client's supply chain leadership, defended a design call under pressure, and stayed accountable when a go-live didn't go perfectly to plan.What You'll Do:* Lead solution design and delivery across Oracle Cloud Procurement, Order Management, and Planning — from requirements and configuration through testing and go-live, not just one module in isolation.* Be the senior escalation point on Harborfoods: when a process gap, configuration conflict, or client pushback needs a decision, that decision is yours to make.* Translate real-world, often messy supply chain processes — P2P, O2C, demand/supply planning — into Oracle SCM designs that hold up once they hit production.* Own the post-go-live relationship too: incident triage, problem management, and continuous improvement for live environments, not just the initial rollout.* Guide and review the work of other consultants on the engagement; be the person newer team members check their thinking against.* Own client training and the documentation trail — functional design specs, test scripts, user manuals — the kind that actually gets used, not filed away.* Keep a working handle on EBS: troubleshoot and support existing E-Business Suite SCM functionality wherever the client hasn't fully moved to Cloud.* Track Oracle's quarterly Cloud updates closely enough that your designs don't age out in two quarters.On your first day, we'll expect you to have:* 8+ years of hands-on functional experience in Oracle SCM, anchored in Procurement, with real depth in Order Management and/or Planning on top of it — the more of the three you've owned end-to-end, the stronger the fit.* Full lifecycle experience: you've taken a design from blueprint to go-live, and you've also lived with a system in production long enough to know what breaks and why.* A working command of core SCM processes — Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, demand/supply planning — that goes beyond knowing which Oracle screen supports which step.* Comfort owning client conversations directly, including the ones that aren't easy.* Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field — or equivalent experience if your track record makes the case on its own.We'd be super excited if you have:* Hands-on Oracle EBS SCM exposure — genuinely useful for hybrid EBS/Cloud environments, but not a dealbreaker if your depth is Cloud-only.* Prior consulting experience.* APICS CSCP/CPIM or Oracle Cloud certifications.* Experience with other Oracle Cloud modules or integrations.* Basic query writing (PL/SQL), OTBI reporting.Benefits:At Calfus, we value our employees and offer a strong benefits package.
