Oracle Technical Consultant

Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Oracle BPM Technical Consultant with strong Arabic and English communication skills to support the design, development, implementation, integration, and support of enterprise business process management solutions. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, functional teams, and technical teams to automate and optimize business processes using Oracle BPM Suite and related Oracle technologies.Key ResponsibilitiesBPM Solution Development & ImplementationDesign, develop, customize, and deploy business process solutions using Oracle BPM Suite.Configure and implement BPM workflows, human tasks, business rules, and process orchestration.Develop process models using BPMN 2.0 standards.Build reusable components and services to support enterprise workflows.Participate in solution architecture, design reviews, and technical assessments.Integration & Technical DevelopmentIntegrate Oracle BPM applications with enterprise systems through REST/SOA services, APIs, and middleware components.Develop service interfaces and process integrations using Oracle SOA Suite.Develop and optimize SQL/PLSQL objects as required.Support integration with Oracle EBS, Oracle Fusion Applications, and third-party platforms.Support & MaintenanceProvide L2/L3 production support for BPM applications.Troubleshoot workflow, integration, and performance issues.Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.Support application upgrades, patches, and enhancements.Stakeholder EngagementGather and analyze business requirements from Arabic-speaking stakeholders.Conduct workshops and technical discussions in both Arabic and English.Prepare technical design documents, deployment guides, and operational manuals.Collaborate with business users during UAT and production deployment activities.Required Technical SkillsCore BPM SkillsOracle BPM Suite 11g/12cOracle SOA SuiteBPMN 2.0 Process ModelingHuman WorkflowOracle Business RulesOracle Enterprise ManagerDevelopment SkillsJava/J2EEREST & SOAP Web ServicesXML, XSD, XSLTSQL & PL/SQLOracle WebLogic ServerGit / Version Control ToolsIntegration SkillsOracle Integration Cloud (OIC) knowledge preferredOracle EBS/Fusion IntegrationAPI Development and ConsumptionMiddleware & Enterprise Integration PatternsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.Oracle BPM and/or Oracle SOA certifications preferred.Relevant Oracle Cloud certifications are an added advantage.Experience Requirements8+ years of overall IT experience.5+ years of hands-on Oracle BPM development experience.Proven experience in workflow automation and process digitization projects.Experience within Banking, Financial Services, or large enterprise environments is highly desirable.Experience working with Arabic-speaking business users and stakeholders.Key CompetenciesStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Excellent stakeholder management skills.Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.Strong documentation and presentation skills.Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
