Oracle Technical Consultant (Oracle EBS & Fusion Cloud)

Job PurposeWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Oracle Technical Consultant with strong hands-on expertise across Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and Oracle Fusion Cloud (SaaS & PaaS) technologies. The successful candidate will design, develop, integrate, and support enterprise Oracle solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements, Oracle best practices, and technical standards while delivering scalable and high-performing ERP solutions.Key AccountabilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain technical solutions across Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion Cloud.Develop customizations, extensions, and enterprise applications using Oracle Forms, Reports, OAF, Oracle APEX, SQL, PL/SQL, Java, Workflow, AME, BI Publisher, and Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS).Build and optimize database objects including packages, procedures, functions, triggers, views, and performance-tuned SQL/PLSQL code.Develop OTBI reports, BI Publisher reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions.Design and develop integrations between Oracle EBS, Oracle Fusion Cloud, and third-party systems using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), SOA Gateway, REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, and Oracle Process Cloud Service (PCS).Develop data migration and conversion solutions using FBDI, HDL/HSDL, ODI, and ETL methodologies.Implement Oracle Cloud PaaS services including OIC, VBCS, Redwood UI customizations, and related cloud technologies.Participate in the full project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.Collaborate with functional consultants to deliver end-to-end Oracle ERP solutions.Prepare technical documentation including Technical Design Documents (TDD), deployment guides, test scripts, and support documentation.Ensure compliance with Oracle development standards, architecture principles, and security best practices.Troubleshoot complex technical issues, optimize system performance, and implement continuous improvements.Support implementation, rollout, upgrade, enhancement, integration, and production support projects.Lead technical workshops, mentor junior consultants, perform code reviews, and promote development best practices.Collaborate with business users, project managers, architects, and stakeholders to deliver successful Oracle initiatives.Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.Oracle technical certifications for Oracle EBS, Oracle Fusion Cloud, OIC, or related Oracle technologies.Minimum Experience6+ years of experience in Oracle ERP technical development and consultancy.Strong hands-on experience with both Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and Oracle Fusion Cloud (SaaS & PaaS).Proven experience delivering implementation, rollout, upgrade, enhancement, integration, and production support projects.Experience delivering at least three end-to-end Oracle Cloud implementation projects.Experience in enterprise application integration and Oracle solution architecture.Job-Specific SkillsOracle E-Business Suite (EBS)Oracle Fusion Cloud (SaaS & PaaS)Oracle Forms & ReportsOracle Application Framework (OAF)Oracle APEXOracle Workflow & AMEOracle Integration Cloud (OIC)Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS)Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI)BI Publisher (BIP)Oracle SOA GatewayOracle Process Cloud Service (PCS)Redwood UI CustomizationSQL & PL/SQLJavaREST APIs & SOAP Web ServicesFBDI, HDL & HSDLOracle Data Integrator (ODI)ETL & Data MigrationOracle Financials, SCM, Procurement, Projects & HCMOracle Cloud ArchitectureEnterprise System IntegrationPerformance Tuning & Database OptimizationTechnical Solution ArchitectureAgile/Scrum MethodologiesTechnical Leadership & MentoringStrong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
