Job Description:Role SummaryThe Oracle Unifier Project Manager / Service Delivery Manager is responsible for managing end-to-end delivery of Oracle Primavera Unifier implementation, enhancement, support, and transformation programmes. The role acts as the primary interface between business stakeholders, project teams, and executive management, ensuring successful delivery of PMIS solutions within scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesProject DeliveryLead Oracle Unifier implementation, upgrade, rollout, and support engagements.Manage project plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.Ensure adherence to PMO governance and project management standards.Drive programme status reporting and executive communications.Stakeholder ManagementEngage with client leadership, PMO teams, project controls, engineering, procurement, finance, and IT stakeholders.Conduct steering committee meetings and executive reviews.Manage client expectations and escalation resolution.Service Delivery ManagementGovern AMS and support services.Monitor SLA and KPI performance.Drive incident, problem, and change management processes.Ensure continuous service improvement.Team LeadershipLead functional consultants, developers, integration specialists, and data migration teams.Manage resource planning and utilization.Mentor and coach project teams.Required SkillsOracle Primavera UnifierPMIS implementation and transformationProject governance and PMO processesRisk and issue managementStakeholder managementBudget and resource managementAgile and Waterfall methodologiesExperience10+ years of overall experience5+ years leading Oracle Unifier projectsExperience in EPC, ConstructionPreferred CertificationsPMP / PRINCE2Oracle Primavera Unifier Certification
