Location: On-site at a Sharjah Government entity, Emirate of Sharjah, UAEEngagement: Longterm ExperienceMinimum eight (8) years of Oracle Fusion Middleware experience, including at least five (5) years of hands-on Oracle WebCenter Portal and/or WebCenter Content development and support on production systems.

About the RoleResponsible for the development, customization, integration, and support of the client's Oracle WebCenter platforms (Portal, Content, and related components) and the associated Oracle WebLogic environments.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain WebCenter Portal and WebCenter Content solutions in line with the client's requirementsDevelop custom components, workflows, templates, and integrations with the client's systemsSupport and troubleshoot production WebCenter and related WebLogic environments; resolve incidents within SLAApply WebCenter/middleware patches and upgrades in coordination with the DevOps Engineer and DBAOptimize platform performance, security configuration, and content lifecycleProduce technical designs and maintain technical documentation and deployment guidesProvide knowledge transfer to the client's technical staffMust-Have SkillsOracle WebCenter Portal 12c/14c: portal development, page templates, skins, task flows, and portletsOracle WebCenter Content (UCM): content models, workflows, metadata, profiles, and componentsOracle ADF, Java EE, JDeveloper, and WebLogic Server deployment and configurationIntegration using REST/SOAP web services, RIDC, and Oracle SOA Suite/OSB (where applicable)Oracle Identity/Access integration (OAM/OID or LDAP/Active Directory, SSO)Performance tuning and troubleshooting of WebCenter and WebLogic environmentsBilingual (Arabic/English) portal content and RTL supportNice to HaveOracle WebCenter Sites or Imaging experienceExperience migrating/upgrading WebCenter versionsRecords management and document retention in a judicial/government contextCertifications: Oracle WebCenter Content/Portal Implementation Specialist, Oracle WebLogic Server Certified Professional, or Oracle Certified Professional Java
