Oral Maxillofacial Surgeon

We are seeking a skilled Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon to join our leading healthcare facility in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in the surgical management of conditions affecting the mouth, jaws, face, and associated structures.Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and manage a wide range of oral and maxillofacial conditionsPerform complex tooth extractions and dentoalveolar surgical proceduresManage impacted teeth, jaw cysts, oral lesions, and other maxillofacial conditionsPerform surgical interventions for facial trauma and jaw injuriesManage infections and other complex conditions affecting the oral and maxillofacial regionConduct comprehensive preoperative assessments and develop individualized treatment plansProvide postoperative care and monitor patient recoveryCollaborate with dentists, orthodontists, ENT specialists, plastic surgeons, and other healthcare professionalsCounsel patients regarding treatment options, surgical procedures, risks, and recoveryMaintain accurate clinical records and surgical documentationRequirementsQualifications & RequirementsBDS/DDS or equivalent dental degreeMDS/MS or equivalent postgraduate qualification in Oral & Maxillofacial SurgeryMinimum 3 years of post-specialization experience preferredStrong experience in oral and maxillofacial surgical proceduresExperience in facial trauma management and complex oral surgery is an advantageExcellent surgical skills, clinical judgment, and decision-making abilitiesStrong communication and patient-management skillsBenefitsPrivate Health InsuranceTraining & DevelopmentPerformance Bonus
