The clinic is easily accessible for individuals seeking nearby dental or cosmetic services and aims to deliver professional, patient-centered care.Role Description The Oral Surgeon will perform a full range of oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures, including extractions, bone grafts, and management of oral pathologies, in accordance with international standards of care. Daily responsibilities include evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, coordinating anesthetic care, placing dental implants, and collaborating closely with general dentists and other clinicians to ensure integrated patient care. The role involves maintaining accurate clinical documentation, participating in case discussions, and adhering to evidence-based protocols and infection control guidelines. This is a full-time, on-site role based at Royal Smile Medical Center in Al Ain, requiring active participation in the clinical team and patient consultations during regular clinic hours.Qualifications Demonstrated expertise in Oral Surgery and Dentistry, including complex extractions and management of oral and maxillofacial conditions.Strong foundation in Medicine and Anesthesiology, with the ability to assess medical risk and coordinate appropriate anesthesia for surgical procedures.Proficiency in Dental Implants, including treatment planning, surgical placement, and post-operative care.Recognized degree in Dentistry (DDS, DMD, or equivalent) and formal specialty training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.Valid professional license or eligibility for licensure in the relevant jurisdiction, with a clean clinical record.Commitment to evidence-based practice, high standards of infection control, and continuous professional development.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary clinical team and provide clear patient education.Experience in advanced dental or cosmetic clinic settings and familiarity with American or European standards of care is an advantage.
