Oral Surgeon

Soul Dental is a patient-focused dental practice with a collaborative team of general dentists and specialists. We are seeking a skilled Oral Surgeon to care for patients referred by our dental team and help expand access to oral surgery services. The ideal candidate will provide thoughtful, high-quality care, explain treatment options clearly, and work closely with our providers as well as clinical staff to coordinate a smooth experience for every patient.Compensation: 45% of daily gross production, averaging $10,000-$20,000QualificationsDDS or DMD from an accredited Dental School and Oral Surgery ProgramCurrent New York State dental license and required registrationsExperience in performing oral surgery proceduresStrong communication skills and a patient-centered approachExperience with sedationResponsibilitiesEvaluate patients and diagnose conditions requiring oral surgeryExplain treatment options, risks, and aftercare to patientsPerform oral surgery procedures, including simple and surgical extractions as well as implant placement, excisions, and biopsiesMaintain accurate patient records and clinical documentationFollow applicable infection-control safety and professional standards
