Order Fulfillment Assistant / Specialist

Role Description The Order Fulfillment Assistant / Specialist is a part-time, hybrid role based in Abu Dhabi, with a mix of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility. The role focuses on managing order workflows from receipt to delivery, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and a premium experience that aligns with UNDREAM STUDIO’s standards. Day-to-day tasks include processing incoming orders, updating order status in internal systems, coordinating with production and project teams, and tracking shipments and deliveries. The specialist will communicate with clients and partners regarding order details, timelines, and any issues, providing clear and courteous customer service. Additional responsibilities include monitoring inventory or digital asset availability, identifying bottlenecks or discrepancies, preparing basic reports on order performance, and supporting continuous improvements in fulfillment processes.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong Order Management and Order Processing skills to handle end-to-end order workflows efficiently and accurately.Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to manage client inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain a professional, brand-aligned experience.Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to review data, identify patterns or errors, and suggest improvements to order and fulfillment processes.Candidates should be comfortable using digital tools and basic office software (e.g., spreadsheets, order tracking systems, or CRM platforms).Candidates should demonstrate strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.Relevant experience in order fulfillment, logistics coordination, operations support, or customer support is beneficial.Familiarity with creative or digital agencies, premium or luxury brands, or project-based workflows is an advantage.Proficiency in English is required; additional language skills and local knowledge of Abu Dhabi business practices are a plus.
