Order Fulfillment Assistant / Specialist

Role Description The Order Fulfillment Assistant / Specialist is a part-time, hybrid role based in Abu Dhabi, with a mix of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility. This role is responsible for processing customer orders accurately, coordinating order management activities, and ensuring that deliveries and services are scheduled and documented correctly. Daily tasks include entering and updating order information, tracking order status, resolving basic order-related issues, and communicating with internal teams and customers to confirm details or timelines. The specialist supports customer service by responding to inquiries about orders, following up on pending items, and escalating complex issues when necessary. The role also involves maintaining orderly records, monitoring metrics related to order fulfillment, and contributing to process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong Order Management and Order Processing skills to handle incoming requests, update systems, and track fulfillment accurately.Candidates should possess effective Customer Service and Communication skills to interact with customers and internal teams professionally and clearly.Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to review order data, identify discrepancies, and support continuous improvement of fulfillment processes.Experience with basic office software (e.g., spreadsheets, order entry systems, email) and comfort working in both on-site and remote environments.Attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced operational setting.Prior experience in logistics, order fulfillment, or administrative support is beneficial.Fluency in English; additional language skills relevant to the region are an advantage.
