Order Fulfillment Assistant / Specialist📍 Location: United Arab Emirates (UAE) 🏡 Work Arrangement: Hybrid / Remote 🕒 Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time 🎯 Experience Level: Entry-Level / Experienced CandidatesAbout the RoleWe are looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Order Fulfillment Assistant / Specialist to support our order management and fulfillment operations in the UAE.The role involves processing customer orders, coordinating with internal teams, monitoring order status, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring orders are completed efficiently and accurately.This position is suitable for candidates interested in order management, e-commerce, logistics, operations, supply chain, and customer service, with flexible hybrid and remote working options.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently.Verify order details, quantities, customer information, and delivery requirements.Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, sales, and customer service teams remotely.Monitor order status and follow up on pending or delayed orders.Maintain accurate order records and documentation.Update order information in internal systems, spreadsheets, or order-management platforms.Assist with returns, cancellations, replacements, and order adjustments.Identify order discrepancies and coordinate appropriate solutions.Communicate with customers regarding order status and fulfillment updates when required.Prepare basic operational reports and monitor fulfillment performance.Support improvements to order-processing and fulfillment procedures.Maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and professional communication while working remotely or in a hybrid environment.RequirementsStrong organizational and time-management skills.Excellent attention to detail.Good communication and problem-solving abilities.Comfortable working independently in a remote or hybrid environment.Basic knowledge of order processing, logistics, e-commerce, or customer service.Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools.Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.Strong English communication skills.Arabic language skills are an advantage.Previous experience in order fulfillment, operations, logistics, e-commerce, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.Entry-level candidates and fresh graduates are welcome to apply.What We OfferHybrid / Remote working optionsFlexible working environmentTraining
