Order Fulfillment Assistant / Specialist

Role Description The Order Fulfillment Assistant / Specialist at AWS User Group Arequipa is a part-time hybrid role based in Abu Dhabi, with a combination of on-site and work-from-home responsibilities. This role focuses on coordinating and processing customer orders, verifying order details, updating order status in internal systems, and ensuring timely fulfillment. The specialist will communicate with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve issues, clarify requirements, and provide order updates. Daily tasks include monitoring order queues, handling order changes or cancellations, assisting with basic inventory checks, and maintaining accurate records for reporting and audit purposes. The role may also support process improvements by identifying bottlenecks and suggesting enhancements to the order management workflow.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Order Management and Order Processing skills to handle end-to-end order workflows efficiently.Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with customers and internal teams.Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to review order data, identify discrepancies, and support process improvements.Candidates should have basic proficiency with office productivity tools and order management or CRM systems.Candidates should demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Candidates should be comfortable working in a hybrid setting in Abu Dhabi, with flexibility for occasional evening or weekend hours if needed.Candidates with prior experience in logistics, e-commerce, or operations support, and with familiarity with cloud or tech communities, will be considered a plus.
