Order Management Supplychain/Logistics (3yrs+/Immediate/F2F)

Mandatory Skill Requirement:Order Management (JL3A) with end-to-end Supply Chain Management and Logistics experience.Important – Need Immediate joiners with 5.5 CTC only with 3 years exp.JD for Reference :-

• Lead day-to-day fulfillment operations across transport planning and carrier coordination
• Allocate work and manage queues to ensure SLA, productivity, and accuracy targets
• Supervise onboarding, order validation, and fulfillment execution activities
• Coach team members and drive performance management and engagement
• Review fulfillment outputs for compliance, accuracy, and audit readiness
• Act as escalation point for logistics and fulfillment issues
• Perform RCA for recurring issues and drive corrective actions
• Govern training curriculum, work instructions, and SOP adherence
• Drive automation, process improvement, and change management initiatives
• Monitor freight audits, carrier KPIs, and cost trends
• Participate in client meetings and service reviews
• Prepare dashboards and reports for management and governance forums
• Graduate in any discipline
• Minimum 3 years of experience
• Strong people and delivery management skills
• Proven experience in fulfillment operations and logistics
• Exposure to ERP, BI, and workflow tools
