As Lead Order Management, you will take ownership of the order process from entry through to delivery.Order coordination & administrationProcess and manage customer orders in the ERP systemPrioritise orders to support on-time delivery and handle returns (RMAs) Logistics & transportArrange carriers and keep in contact on schedules, lead times and conditionsPrepare transport, export and Chamber of Commerce documentationContinuous improvement – order entryOwn the PDCA cycle for order entry, using root-cause analysis to cut errors and lift first-time-right performanceDevelop and maintain SOPs and work instructionsCase, deviation & complaint coordinationLog, classify and drive cases through to resolutionKeep sales offices, agents and internal teams updated and prevent issues recurringData, governance & organisational embeddingTrack performance through clear metrics and dashboardsRun review meetings and turn recurring findings into lasting improvementsFinancial administrationHandle invoicing, credit processing and intercompany pricingCheck carrier invoices and manage purchasing under framework agreementsAccountabilitiesAccurate, on-time order processing and delivery, with fewer errors and recurring deviations across the chainA reliable CI and PDCA system, current SOPs, strong customer satisfaction and compliance with ISO, PED and SOXRequirementsMinimum hbo level of thinking and working, or equivalent relevant experienceGood command of Dutch and English Demonstrable experience with continuous improvement, PDCA, root-cause analysis and process standardisationStrong analytical skills and the ability to turn operational data into priorities and resultsStructured and persistent, able to coordinate across functions without direct authoritySolution-oriented and service-minded, with a focus on customer and manufacturing impactTechnical and/or logistics affinity, with experience in CRM and ERP systems preferredWillingness to travel internationallyWorks withInternal stakeholders: Planning, Operations, Quality, Engineering, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance & Administration, Procurement and process owners.External stakeholders: sales offices, agents, customers, suppliers and carriers.What’s in It for You27 vacation days + 6.5 additional leave (ADV) days.A dynamic, international working environment with strong growth potential.Plenty of freedom, autonomy, and room to implement your ideas directly.Career advancement opportunities within a rapidly growing organization.A close-knit, energetic team where collaboration is key.
