Order Manager

ResponsibilitiesOwn end-to-end delivery management for overseas projects — from receipt of the customer purchase order through to on-time project completion — ensuring all orders are delivered on schedule.Lead the design and review of overseas project delivery plans; provide bid/tender support and conduct contract reviews.Serve as the primary delivery interface: communicate directly with overseas customers, manage customer requirements and expectations, provide regular project status updates, and resolve delivery-related issues and exceptions.Coordinate with overseas manufacturing plants, international freight forwarders, and related parties; align internal resources to ensure global order fulfillment.Track and analyze key delivery KPIs, drive continuous improvement of the delivery process, and enhance customer satisfaction.QualificationsBachelor's degree or above; majors in Supply Chain, International Trade, Logistics/Customs, or related fields preferred.2+ years of experience in project delivery management, order management, or supply chain within ICT, server, electronics manufacturing, or related industries.Experience coordinating with overseas contract manufacturers (SEA, US, Europe) and cross-border logistics is preferred.Demonstrated success managing overseas customers or large, long-cycle project deliveries is preferred.Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage clearly and effectively with customers and internal teams across diverse cultural backgrounds; strong coordination and influencing skills to drive cross-functional teams toward shared delivery goals.Fluent written and spoken English.
