We believe sustainable packaging should be accessible, affordable, and scalable.... without compromising on performance or design.The Role:We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Operations Manager to work at the intersection of our sales, procurement, and operations teams.Your job is simple: help our sales reps better service their accounts and make sure the operational details behind each order get done right.You’ll communicate directly with customers and our production partners, gather quotes and pricing, place purchase orders, track production and shipping timelines, and help move projects from quote to delivery.Responsibilities:Communicate with customers and production partners on quotes, orders, timelines, and shippingSupport sales reps in servicing and managing their accountsPlace POs and track orders from production through deliveryManage order details, including pricing, specs, quantities, and timelinesProactively follow up and flag issues before they become problemsSupport quoting, procurement, fulfillment, and other operational needsWhat we're looking for: Extremely organized and detail-orientedFast-moving, proactive, and comfortable taking ownershipStrong communicator with excellent follow-throughAble to manage multiple projects without things falling through the cracksComfortable working directly with customers and vendorsExcited by a fast-paced, high-ownership environmentPrevious packaging, manufacturing, procurement, or supply chain experience is preferred, but not required
