order picker/packer & customer service role

We are looking for a reliable, highly organised and adaptable person to join our fast-paced team. This full-time role will be responsible for picking and packing orders, processing returns, and responding to customer emails and providing overall great customer service.THE ROLE:Picking, packing and dispatching ordersStock-taking, and receiving and putting away stock as needQuality control of itemsProcessing returnsLabelling itemsResponding to customer enquiries and deliver exceptionally friendly and outstanding service through our various customer service channelsProviding information about products/orders and actively helping our online customersWHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:Relevant experience in a similar role (preferably within fashion)Proficient with ITExcellent written and verbal communication skills with a friendly and approachable attitudeStrong organisational skills and ability to multi taskExcellent problem solving skills, adaptable with the ability to show initiativeReliable and motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced working environmentAttention to detail
