Order Processing Specialist

Overview / Job DescriptionInsight Global is looking for an Order Processing Specialist to join the international team of one of our manufacturing clients. This candidate will process and review customer orders for accuracy and contract compliance and enter information into their systems to ensure timely processing, shipping, and delivery. They will address customer concerns regarding delays or damages and coordinate with the sales and warehouse teams to complete any necessary documentation. The Order Processing Specialist should be very comfortable with excel, utilizing filters and creating pivot tables/vlookups. The candidate may need to resolve invoicing issues and should have great customer service/communication skills. Required Skills2–3+ years of experience in data entry, account management, analytics, order processing, or invoicing Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail.Excellent customer service and communication skills.Strong organizational and time management abilities.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.PlussesBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field.Experience working within NetSuite or similar ERP systems.Experience with EDI (Electronic Data Interchange).
