Order Processing Specialist

Role Description This part-time hybrid Order Processing Specialist role at Precious Plastic France is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with a mix of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility. The specialist will manage end-to-end order processing, including receiving, validating, and entering sales orders into internal systems while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. Daily responsibilities include coordinating purchase orders, tracking order status, resolving discrepancies, and liaising with logistics, sales, and finance teams to ensure timely fulfillment. The role involves maintaining up-to-date records, preparing basic reports on order metrics, and communicating clearly with internal stakeholders and customers regarding order confirmations, changes, and delivery timelines. The specialist will also support continuous improvement of order workflows and contribute to a smooth, reliable customer experience.Qualifications Strong skills in Order Processing and Order Management, with experience handling end-to-end workflows in a business environment.Demonstrated ability to manage Purchase Orders and Sales Order Processing, including data entry, validation, and coordination with internal teams.Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively across functions and with external partners.High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple orders and priorities in a fast-paced setting.Comfort using ERP or order management systems, spreadsheets, and basic office productivity tools.Ability to thrive in a hybrid work model, demonstrating reliability, self-motivation, and accountability when working remotely.Prior experience in supply chain, customer service, or operations is beneficial; familiarity with plastics, manufacturing, or sustainability-focused organizations is a plus.Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, operations, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
