Order to Cash Manager with German

We are looking for an experienced Order to Cash Manager with German. This role is ideal for a finance professional with strong expertise across the end-to-end Order to Cash process, proven people management experience, and a track record of supporting process transitions and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee end-to-end Order-to-Cash operations across the EMEA region.Manage and develop a team of Order to Cash specialists, organize daily team activities.Ensure timely and accurate execution of Order to Cash activities while meeting agreed SLA and KPI targets.Oversee accounts receivable activities, account reconciliations, cash application, and aged receivables management.Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end closing activities.Support knowledge transfers and process migrations from EMEA entities into the local site.Monitor operational performance, prepare reports, and drive corrective actions where needed.Identify and implement process improvement, automation, and standardization initiatives.Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, business partners, and external service providers.Collaborate closely with Global Process Owners, IT teams, Finance, and Project Management teams.Ensure compliance with internal policies, IFRS requirements, and local regulatory standards.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance Operations, SSC or BPO environment.Proven experience in Order-to-Cash, Accounts Receivable processes.Strong leadership experience, including team management and development.Experience with process transitions.Strong analytical skills with experience in KPI monitoring and performance reporting.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.Fluent German and English are required.Knowledge of ERP systems, SAP is considered a strong asset.What we offer:A unique opportunity to play a key role in building and shaping Order to Cash team and its processes.Comprehensive benefits package.Collaborative, professional, and supportive work environment.Hays Poland sp. z o.o. is an employment agency number 361.
