Industry: Fine Chemicals / Pharmaceutical R&DFunction: Research & Development | Chemical EngineeringResponsibilities:Design and optimize synthetic routes for fine chemicals, APIs, and agrochemical intermediates.Independently conduct experiments involving metal catalysis and chiral synthesis to resolve technical challenges.Manage the technology transfer from lab-scale (R&D) to pilot-scale production, ensuring seamless project execution.Utilize analytical techniques (NMR, LC-MS) for structural characterization and purity analysis.Maintain accurate lab notebooks and draft technical reports and patent disclosures.Qualifications:PhD in Organic Chemistry, Medicinal Chemistry, or a closely related field .Strong hands-on experience in multi-step organic synthesis.Proficiency in reading scientific literature in English.Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.If this aligns with your expertise, feel free to send me a connection request or DM me directly with your CV.
