We are hiring 𝐎𝐫𝐠𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐧 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 for an 𝐀𝐛𝐮 𝐃𝐡𝐚𝐛𝐢-𝐛𝐚𝐬𝐞𝐝 opportunity 🇦🇪.This is a strategic HR leadership opportunity for an experienced professional who can translate business priorities into effective workforce strategies, optimise organisational structures, and support long-term growth through data-driven people solutions.𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬-Partner with business leaders to assess organisational needs and develop solutions that improve workforce effectiveness and operational efficiency.-Design and enhance workforce planning approaches by analysing future requirements, resource needs, and business growth scenarios.-Provide expertise on role structures, job frameworks, and position alignment to support effective organisation models.-Analyse workforce trends, data, and business requirements to identify opportunities for optimisation and improved workforce allocation.-Support transformation initiatives by providing recommendations on organisational changes, structural improvements, and workforce adjustments.-Establish consistent frameworks and governance practices to ensure effective implementation of organisation design and planning initiatives.𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬-Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.-8+ years of experience in organisation design, workforce planning, HR consulting, organisational effectiveness, or related areas.-Strong experience in workforce analytics, job architecture, organisational structures, and strategic HR initiatives.-Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders and support complex business transformation projects.-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn data into practical recommendations.-Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project delivery skills.𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐬 𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐠This role provides the opportunity to influence how organisations evolve, shape workforce strategies, and contribute to impactful HR transformation initiatives.𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐭𝐨 𝐀𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐲If you are an experienced HR professional passionate about organisation design, workforce strategy, and building future-ready organisations, we would love to hear from you.***Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted***
