The role contributes to organizational design, workforce planning, performance management, talent development, and employee engagement initiatives, while ensuring alignment with the company’s business strategy and organizational objectives.Experience in the aviation, aerospace, defense, or MRO sector is preferred.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the development and implementation of Organization Development strategies, initiatives, and programs aligned with business objectives.Support organizational structure and design activities, including reviewing organizational charts, job positions, reporting lines, and spans of control.Conduct organizational analysis and provide recommendations to improve organizational effectiveness and efficiency.Support workforce planning and manpower analysis, including headcount requirements, workforce structures, and organizational changes.Assist in the development and maintenance of job descriptions, job families, job levels, and competency frameworks.Support job evaluation and grading activities and ensure consistency across organizational roles.Assist in the development and implementation of performance management processes, including KPIs, objectives, and performance-related initiatives.Support talent management and career development programs, including career paths, succession planning, and competency development.Collect and analyze organizational and workforce data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.Prepare OD reports, dashboards, presentations, and management analysis to support decision-making.Support employee engagement and organizational effectiveness initiatives, including surveys and action plans.Coordinate with HR Business Partners and other HR functions to ensure alignment of OD initiatives with business and workforce requirements.Support organizational change initiatives and contribute to change management and communication activities.Maintain accurate OD documentation, organizational charts, position information, and related HR data.Ensure OD activities comply with company policies, procedures, and applicable HR practices.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, or a related field.Professional HR or OD certification is an advantage.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Good knowledge of organizational design, workforce planning, job evaluation, performance management, and HR analytics.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of HR systems and data analytics tools is an advantage.Good communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.Experience2–4 years of relevant experience in Organization Development, HR, Workforce Planning, Organizational Design, Performance Management, or a related field.Experience in Aviation, Aerospace, Defense, MRO, or Engineering is highly preferred.Practical experience supporting organizational structure, workforce planning, job descriptions, job evaluation, and performance management initiatives.Experience working with HR systems and analyzing workforce data is preferred.
