Organization Modeling & Design Officer / Senior Officer

Key Accountabilities:Organization Documentation & AnalysisPrepare organization structure proposals, organizational charts, organizational codes, and role documentation based on approved business requirements and governance standards.Update organizational charts, reporting lines, and organizational codes following approved structural changes to ensure accurate organizational records.Prepare and update job descriptions, role matrices, and related organizational documents in collaboration with business functions and stakeholders.Conduct organizational analysis to identify reporting issues, duplicated responsibilities, and documentation gaps, and recommend improvements.Documentation ControlMaintain organizational documentation, structural amendment logs, organizational codes, and related records to ensure complete version control and audit readiness.Track approved organizational changes and update all related documentation to ensure consistency across organizational records.Prepare reports and dashboards related to organizational changes, job documentation status, and structure updates to support management reporting.Support organization design projects by collecting data, preparing documentation, and coordinating activities with stakeholders.Stakeholder Coordination & SupportCoordinate with business functions to gather information required for organization design initiatives, job documentation, and structural changes.Provide guidance to stakeholders on organization design templates, documentation standards, and governance requirements.Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to simplify organizational documentation and improve work processes.Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Human Resources, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related discipline.Officer: 0–3 years of experience in in Organization Design, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Process Management, or a related field.Senior Officer: 3–6 years of experience in in Organization Design, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Process Management, or a related field.
