This role involves conducting assessments, interpreting behavioral data, and identifying factors that influence social dynamics and organizational culture. The specialist will design and recommend behavior-based interventions, support implementation, and monitor outcomes to improve collaboration, performance, and well-being. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with stakeholders, preparing reports and recommendations, creating educational materials or guidelines, and contributing to research and continuous improvement efforts. The role also requires clear documentation, maintaining confidentiality, and working closely with cross-functional teams to align behavioral strategies with organizational goals.QualificationsStrong foundation in Psychology, with the ability to apply psychological principles to social and organizational settings.Proficiency in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis, including data collection, functional assessment, and interpretation of behavioral patterns.Experience with Behavior Management and Behavior Modification strategies to design and implement practical interventions that enhance group and individual outcomes.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create concise reports and present findings to diverse audiences.Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage part-time hours effectively, and collaborate with virtual teams.Relevant academic background in psychology, behavioral science, or a related field; advanced coursework or certification in behavior analysis is an asset.Prior experience in organizational consulting, social research, or related applied behavioral roles is beneficial.
