Key Responsibilities & AccountabilitiesChange Readiness & Impact Assessment:Perform stakeholder impact assessments across various operational groups and faculties to gauge readiness for digital transitions.Identify potential adoption risks, sources of resistance, and cultural barriers, creating proactive mitigation plans.OCM Strategy Execution (ADKAR Alignment):Drive the five building blocks of the ADKAR model across all user groups:Awareness: Articulate the business need and long-term benefits of the new portal/systems.Desire: Engage key champions and stakeholders to build buy-in.Knowledge: Coordinate role-based training requirements and user enablement.Ability: Oversee post-training support, super-user networks, and floor support during cutover.Reinforcement: Measure system adoption rates, collect user feedback, and embed new behaviors into operational workflows.Bilingual Stakeholder Management & Communication:Draft, translate, and deliver clear, engaging OCM communications in both Arabic and English for wide distribution (newsletters, portal announcements, executive briefs, and user guides).Build strong working relationships with department heads, IT leadership, implementation vendors (e.g., Liferay / Protiviti delivery teams), and change champions.
