Apply & track with Apply EdgeWe are looking for an experienced Organizational Development & Workforce Planning Lead to join our HR Strategy – OD & Talent Management function.This role will lead and govern key organizational development activities across multiple business units, including Organization Design, Job Architecture, Workforce Planning, Manpower Budgeting, Position Management, and Organizational Governance.Key Responsibilities
- Lead organization design and restructuring initiatives from business requirements through implementation.
- Review organizational structures, spans and layers, reporting lines, roles, and FTE requirements.
- Govern job architecture, job evaluation, job descriptions, job families, levels, grades, and titles.
- Lead the annual workforce planning and manpower budgeting cycle in partnership with Finance and business leaders.
- Develop workforce cost models and assess the financial impact of organizational changes.
- Govern organizational and position data within SAP / SuccessFactors.
- Manage organizational change requests, including restructuring, reporting-line changes, transfers, position movements, and grade alignment.
- Develop workforce dashboards covering headcount, vacancies, spans & layers, manpower cost, and Saudization.
- Prepare business cases, organizational reports, and executive-level presentations.
- Partner with senior business leaders and HRBPs to provide practical organizational solutions.
- Lead, coach, and develop OD & Workforce Planning team members.Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8–10 years of progressive experience in Organizational Development, Organization Design, Workforce Planning, or Position Management.
- Proven experience leading organization design and restructuring projects end-to-end.
- Strong experience in Job Architecture, Job Evaluation, and JD Governance.
- Hands-on experience with Workforce Planning and Manpower Budgeting.
- Experience with SAP or equivalent enterprise HR platforms; SAP SuccessFactors experience is preferred.
- Strong analytical capabilities and advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio skills.
- Experience managing and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Excellent Arabic and English communication skills.
- Experience within a diversified group, retail, or multi-company environment is an advantage.
