Apply & track with Apply EdgeRole Description The Organizational Development Director at مكتب محاماه will lead initiatives that strengthen firm-wide structures, processes, and culture to support long-term strategic goals. This part-time, remote role involves assessing organizational effectiveness, designing and implementing development programs, and advising leadership on change management and workforce planning. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting organizational assessments, defining improvement plans, and collaborating with practice leaders to align roles, responsibilities, and performance standards. The Director will design and oversee leadership development and succession planning frameworks, recommend performance management practices, and provide guidance on policies that support engagement, retention, and professional growth. The role also includes monitoring the impact of organizational initiatives, preparing reports and recommendations, and facilitating workshops or consultations to build internal capabilities.Qualifications Demonstrated expertise in Organizational Development and Organizational Effectiveness, with the ability to diagnose organizational needs and design practical solutions.Proven capability in Leadership Development and Succession Planning, including building competency frameworks and structured talent pipelines.Strong background in Performance Management, including setting performance standards, feedback processes, and development plans.Experience working with professional services firms (law firms or similar environments) and understanding of partnership and practice structures.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and consulting skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.Advanced interpersonal and facilitation skills, with experience in leading workshops, change initiatives, and stakeholder engagement remotely.Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., OD, HR, coaching) are an asset.Ability to work independently in a remote, part-time capacity, manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality and professional ethics.
