Organizational Development Manager

Job PurposeLead the development and implementation of organizational development initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness, strengthen capabilities, and align the organization’s structure, roles, policies, and people practices with its strategic objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and maintain organizational structures aligned with business strategy and operational requirementsLead job analysis, job evaluation, grading, and job description developmentDevelop and maintain the competency framework, including functional, technical, and leadership competenciesReview and enhance HR policies, procedures, and governance frameworksSupport workforce planning, organizational design, and manpower optimization initiativesConduct organizational maturity and capability assessments and develop improvement plansSupport total rewards initiatives, including salary structures, benefits benchmarking, and internal equity reviewsLead change management and organizational transformation initiativesMonitor organizational effectiveness through relevant KPIs, dashboards, and employee dataPartner with business leaders to identify organizational gaps and recommend practical solutionsManage OD projects, external consultants, and related project deliverables.Qualifications and ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related fieldMinimum of 10 years of relevant HR experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership roleSaudi nationalityStrong experience
