Organizational Development MANAGER

Role DescriptionWe are seeking a strategic and people-oriented Organizational Development Manager to strengthen organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, leadership capabilities, and long-term business performance. The role involves developing and implementing organizational development strategies aligned with business objectives, assessing organizational needs, and designing initiatives that enhance culture, collaboration, performance, and workforce capabilities. The Organizational Development Manager will partner with leadership and HR teams on organizational design, talent development, succession planning, change management, employee engagement, and culture-building initiatives. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical and strategic thinking with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and is capable of turning organizational insights into practical, measurable solutions.QualificationsBachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.Strong understanding of organizational development, organizational design, talent management, employee engagement, and change management.Ability to assess organizational needs and develop practical strategies aligned with business objectives.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret organizational and people-related data.Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.Strong project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple organizational initiatives.Familiarity with employee engagement surveys, performance management, competency frameworks, and succession planning.Strategic mindset with strong business awareness and a people-centric approach.Highly organized, proactive, adaptable, and results-oriented.SHRM, CIPD, or other relevant professional qualifications are advantageous.
