Responsibilities include organizational assessments, workforce and talent planning, leadership development, culture initiatives, change management, employee engagement, succession planning, and performance improvement. The successful candidate will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to identify organizational opportunities, develop practical solutions, and build a high-performing, adaptable, and collaborative workplace.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business, Management, or a related discipline.Strong understanding of organizational development, talent management, change management, and organizational effectiveness.Knowledge of employee engagement, leadership development, succession planning, and performance management.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate organizational data into actionable insights.Excellent project management, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to design and implement organizational development initiatives aligned with business objectives.Strong understanding of organizational culture, employee experience, and workforce development.Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively across functions and leadership levels.Strategic thinker with a practical, results-oriented, and continuous improvement mindset.Strong interpersonal skills, discretion, professionalism, and commitment to organizational integrity.
