Organizational Development ManagerWe are looking for an Organizational Development Manager to lead and drive the Organizational Development function at a global level within Kaspersky.In this role, you will design and implement a range of organizational development initiatives that help the company become more effective, agile, and high-performing.ResponsibilitiesDevelop company-wide policies and governance principles for job architecture management.Analyze the current job architecture and propose improvements to ensure consistent standards across the organization.Develop methodologies for organizational effectiveness analysis, including key metrics and measurement approaches.Enhance tools and frameworks used to assess organizational effectiveness.Review and update company policies and procedures within the organizational development area.Participate in projects related to headcount (HC) assessment and workforce planning, including the development of headcount driver models.Provide consulting support to HR Business Partners on organizational development topics.Participate in organizational effectiveness projects, identifying factors that impact business performance and organizational efficiency.Prepare market benchmarks, analytical reports, and presentations related to organizational development.Requirements3+ years of experience in organizational design and/or organizational development.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field.Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-changing environment with a high level of ownership and initiative.Strong understanding of organizational development principles, methodologies, and tools.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to structure complex topics and identify practical solutions.Intellectual curiosity, results-oriented mindset, and resilience under pressure.Upper-Intermediate (B2) English or higher.
