Organizational Development Manager

We are looking for an experienced and driven Organizational Development Manager to join our Talent & Development team.The role is responsible for leading and developing organizational development activities to ensure effective organizational structures, enhance organizational performance, and build functional competencies and organizational capabilities in alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and continuously update the company’s organizational structure in alignment with strategic directions.Develop and maintain job descriptions across all departments and functions.Design and implement initiatives to improve performance and enhance organizational maturity.Review and update organizational policies and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency.Collaborate with different departments to identify organizational needs and provide appropriate solutions.Analyze organizational processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and development.Prepare periodic reports and provide recommendations to senior management.Support organizational change initiatives and contribute to building and strengthening the company’s culture.Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.Minimum 9 years of experience in Organizational Development or Human Resources.A professional certification or advanced degree in Organizational Development is preferred.Strong knowledge of HR systems and Organizational Development practices.Strong analytical skills in organizational analysis, organizational design, and policy development.Excellent project management, communication, and influencing skills.Strong ability to lead organizational change and drive performance improvement.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Fluent in Arabic and English.
