Organizational Development Manager

job Summary:We are looking for an experienced Organizational Development Manager to lead organizational design, business process improvement, performance management, and governance initiatives to support business growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement organizational development strategies aligned with business objectives.Review and improve organizational structures, job descriptions, and reporting lines.Lead business process improvement and ensure effective implementation of policies and procedures.Develop and monitor KPIs to measure departmental and organizational performance.Support workforce planning and organizational effectiveness initiatives.Establish and maintain governance frameworks, policies, and procedures.Collaborate with senior management and department heads to identify development opportunities.Lead change management initiatives and support organizational transformation.Monitor organizational performance and recommend improvement plans.Prepare reports and presentations for senior management.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.A relevant professional certification is an advantage.Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in Organizational Development, Organizational Design, Business Process Management, or Governance.Proven experience in organizational structure design, process improvement, and KPI development.Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Excellent stakeholder management and project management skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
