This role is ideal for individuals who are interested in understanding human behaviour, learning, workplace dynamics, and the role of psychology in creating positive educational and social impact.Job Summary:As a Psychology & Organisational Behaviour Specialist, you’ll contribute to research and development initiatives related to human behaviour, education, learning, and organisational development. You will support the development of educational content, behavioural research, learning activities, and programmes focused on social and emotional development. This is a great opportunity for individuals interested in combining their knowledge of psychology and organisational behaviour with education, research, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

● Contribute to research and development in psychology, organisational behaviour, education, and social sciences● Conduct literature reviews, data collection, basic analysis, and research-related tasks● Support the development of educational and behavioural learning materials● Assist in designing activities and resources related to psychology, emotional intelligence, teamwork, communication, and personal development● Contribute to research on learning behaviour, motivation, engagement, and organisational dynamics● Document research findings, workflows, reports, and project progress● Collaborate with content, education, and development teams to design impactful educational resources● Support initiatives aimed at promoting social, emotional, and psychological well-being● Stay up-to-date with current research, practices, and trends in psychology and organisational behaviour

Requirements
