This approach delivers significant cost savings for clients while improving health outcomes and engagement for users.Role Description The Organizational Psychologist will work on-site in New Delhi in a full-time capacity, supporting a data-driven, AI-enabled healthcare environment. This role involves conducting job analyses, designing and implementing organizational assessments, and applying psychological testing to support hiring, performance evaluation, and workforce planning. The Organizational Psychologist will develop and deliver training and development programs that enhance employee well-being, leadership capability, and organizational effectiveness. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, interpreting psychological and organizational data, advising on talent and culture strategies, and supporting change management initiatives aligned with MantraCare’s mission. The role also includes contributing to research and continuous improvement of people processes to ensure a high-performing, inclusive, and engaged workplace.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong foundations in Psychology, including organizational behavior and occupational health psychology.Candidates should possess skills in Job Analysis and Analytical Skills to design roles, interpret data, and inform workforce decisions.Candidates should possess expertise in Psychological Testing, including selection, assessment, and evaluation tools, with ethical and evidence-based application.Candidates should possess experience in Training & Development, including designing and facilitating learning programs, workshops, and interventions.Candidates should possess excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.Master’s or doctoral degree in Organizational/Industrial Psychology or a closely related field is preferred.Experience working in fast-paced, technology-driven or healthcare settings is an advantage.Demonstrated ability to use data and research to inform organizational recommendations and drive measurable outcomes is beneficial.
