This role will work closely with senior leadership, management teams, and key stakeholders to identify organizational risks, develop transformation strategies, and build sustainable capabilities that support long-term business growth.🎯 Key Responsibilities• Develop and implement organizational resilience and transformation strategies aligned with business objectives.• Assess organizational capabilities, operating models, processes, systems, and business continuity requirements.• Identify organizational risks, vulnerabilities, operational dependencies, and potential business disruptions.• Develop resilience frameworks, transformation roadmaps, recovery strategies, and improvement plans.• Support organizations in strengthening business continuity, crisis preparedness, and operational resilience.• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for efficiency, automation, cost optimization, and performance improvement.• Work with senior leadership to define transformation priorities, strategic objectives, and measurable outcomes.• Develop and monitor KPIs, resilience metrics, transformation milestones, and performance indicators.• Support organizational restructuring, operating model improvements, process redesign, and change management initiatives.• Evaluate the impact of technology, market changes, regulatory developments, and emerging risks on organizational resilience.• Facilitate risk assessments, resilience workshops, transformation planning sessions, and executive reviews.• Develop business cases, strategic reports, executive presentations, and transformation recommendations.• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, IT, HR, Risk, Compliance, and other functional teams to implement transformation initiatives.• Support technology and digital transformation initiatives that improve organizational resilience and operational efficiency.• Monitor transformation progress, identify implementation challenges, and recommend corrective actions.• Promote a culture of adaptability, continuous improvement, accountability, and organizational resilience.✅ Requirements• Proven experience in organizational transformation, business resilience, management consulting, strategy, risk management, or a related field.• Strong understanding of organizational resilience, business continuity, transformation, change management, and operational excellence.• Experience working with senior executives, management teams, or corporate clients.• Strong analytical, strategic-thinking, and problem-solving skills.• Ability to assess complex organizational challenges and develop practical, scalable solutions.• Strong understanding of business processes, operating models, risk management, and organizational performance.• Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.• Experience with transformation programs, business continuity planning, crisis management, or operational resilience is preferred.• Knowledge of digital transformation, technology adoption, process automation, or enterprise systems is an advantage.• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with BI, ERP, GRC, or transformation management tools is preferred.• Strong project and change management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives.• Ability to influence stakeholders and communicate effectively with senior decision-makers.• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Risk Management, Finance, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.• Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, CBCI, MBCI, ISO 22301, CRISC, or related resilience and risk certifications are an advantage.• MBA or advanced qualification in Business Strategy, Transformation, Risk, or Management is an advantage.🌟 What We Offer• Opportunity to help organizations build stronger, more adaptable, and resilient operating models.• Exposure to organizational transformation, business continuity, operational resilience, risk management, and digital transformation.• Opportunity to work directly with senior executives and cross-functional leadership teams.• Career progression into Senior Resilience Consultant, Transformation Manager, Organizational Development Director, Business Resilience Director, Transformation Director, Chief Resilience Officer, or Chief Transformation Officer (CTO) roles.• A strategic, collaborative, and transformation-focused work environment.• Leadership mentorship, professional training, and development opportunities.• Competitive compensation, performance incentives, and comprehensive benefits package.
