ORM Executive

We are looking for an experienced ORM Specialist to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital communications, social media monitoring, and reputation management, with the ability to respond to online conversations in a timely and professional manner.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor online conversations, social media platforms, forums, and news outlets to identify brand mentions and emerging issues.Analyze public sentiment and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly ORM reports.Escalate potential reputation risks and recommend appropriate response strategies.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.Track trends, conversations, and competitor activity to provide actionable insights.Maintain ORM dashboards and monitor key performance metrics.Support crisis communication efforts by providing real-time monitoring and reporting.Ensure all responses and communications align with the client's brand guidelines and communication policies.Requirements2+ years of experience in Online Reputation Management, Social Media, Digital Communications, or a similar role.Strong analytical and reporting skills with experience using social listening and monitoring tools.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.Currently based in Abu Dhabi
