Supported by more than 20 qualified faculty members and subject-matter experts, the Center has trained tens of thousands of professionals across healthcare, corporate, and industrial sectors, establishing itself as a national benchmark for private life support and healthcare training.Role Description The Orthodontics Faculty Member is a full-time, on-site teaching and clinical education role based in Manama. The faculty member will deliver lectures, seminars, and practical sessions in orthodontics, develop and update course materials, and ensure alignment with institutional and accrediting body standards. Daily responsibilities include supervising learners in clinical and pre-clinical settings, providing case-based instruction, and demonstrating evidence-based orthodontic techniques and treatment planning. The role involves mentoring students, assessing their performance through examinations and practical evaluations, and providing constructive feedback to support academic and clinical development. The faculty member will also participate in curriculum development, academic committees, quality assurance activities, and may engage in scholarly projects, professional development, and community outreach related to dental and orthodontic care.Qualifications Advanced academic qualifications in Dentistry with a recognized specialty in Orthodontics (e.g., Master’s degree, specialty certificate, or equivalent board certification).Current professional licensure or eligibility for licensure/registration to practice orthodontics in Bahrain, in line with NHRA requirements.Proven clinical experience in orthodontic diagnosis, treatment planning, and management of a broad range of orthodontic cases.Demonstrated teaching or academic experience in orthodontics or dental education, including lecturing, clinical instruction, or supervision of trainees.Strong skills in curriculum development, lesson planning, assessment design, and alignment with accreditation and regulatory standards.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to teach and mentor learners from diverse backgrounds.Commitment to evidence-based practice, continuous professional development, and adherence to ethical and patient-centered care standards.Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary academic and clinical teams and
