Orthodontist – Part-Time | Commission BasisPosition: OrthodontistEmployment Type: Part-Time / Commission BasisWork Schedule: 2 Days Per WeekLocation: Ruh Al Barsha Dental Clinic LLC, Al Barsha, DubaiJoining: Immediate Joiner PreferredAbout the ClinicRuh Al Barsha Dental Clinic is a multi-specialty dental clinic located in Al Barsha, Dubai, providing comprehensive and patient-focused dental care across general and specialized dentistry.We are looking for a licensed and experienced Orthodontist to join our growing team on a part-time, commission-based arrangement for 2 days per week.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive orthodontic consultations, diagnosis, treatment planning and follow-up.Perform orthodontic treatments including:Conventional bracesCeramic/aesthetic bracesClear alignersRetainersInterceptive and preventive orthodonticsOther appropriate orthodontic treatments within the doctor's scope of practice.Assess patients and develop individualized treatment plans.Explain treatment options, expected outcomes, timelines and associated costs to patients.Maintain accurate clinical records and treatment documentation.Monitor treatment progress and make appropriate adjustments.Manage orthodontic emergencies and complications appropriately.Coordinate with general dentists and other specialists where multidisciplinary treatment is required.Maintain high standards of infection control, patient safety and clinical practice.Ensure excellent patient communication and overall patient experience.Support the clinic in building and maintaining a strong orthodontic patient base.RequirementsValid DHA Orthodontist License / Eligibility to practice in Dubai.Specialist Orthodontist qualification recognized by DHA.Previous clinical experience in orthodontics.Strong clinical knowledge and treatment-planning skills.Experience with braces and clear aligner cases is preferred.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Professional, ethical and patient-focused approach.Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary dental team.Immediate availability / immediate joining is highly preferred.Must be available to work 2 days per week as mutually agreed with clinic management.CompensationCommission-based position only.Commission will be based on the clinic's agreed commission structure and applicable treatment revenue.No fixed monthly salary is attached to this position.Commission terms will be discussed and finalized during the interview.Working Arrangement2 working days per week.Exact working days and timings will be determined by management based on clinic requirements and the doctor's availability.The agreed schedule must be adhered to unless an alternate arrangement is approved in advance by clinic management.Additional days may be considered subject to mutual agreement and clinic requirements.What We OfferOpportunity to work in a growing multi-specialty dental clinic in Al Barsha.Commission-based earning opportunity.Access to a diverse patient base.Professional and collaborative clinical environment.Opportunity to develop and grow an orthodontic patient portfolio.How to ApplyInterested candidates may submit their updated CV, DHA license/eligibility details and relevant orthodontic experience for consideration.Immediate joiners will be given preference.
