DentalDate TMJ Institute is seeking a passionate and experienced Orthodontist to join our growing multidisciplinary team.We specialize in comprehensive orthodontic and gnathological treatment, focusing on functional occlusion, facial balance, TMJ health, esthetics, and long-term treatment stability. Our practice offers the opportunity to work on complex interdisciplinary cases alongside specialists in restorative dentistry, surgery, periodontics, and gnathology.At DentalDate, orthodontics is viewed as part of comprehensive functional rehabilitation rather than simply tooth alignment.Requirements• Specialist qualification in Orthodontics.• Minimum 5 years of clinical orthodontic experience after specialist training.• Experience with fixed appliances and comprehensive orthodontic treatment.• Experience with clear aligners.• Strong understanding of orthodontic biomechanics and treatment planning.• Experience in pediatric and adult orthodontics.• Strong communication skills and ability to work within a multidisciplinary team.Preferred Qualifications• Experience with TADs (mini-screws) and skeletal anchorage systems.• Experience managing complex Class II, Class III, open bite, asymmetry and impacted canine cases.• Knowledge of TMJ disorders, functional occlusion and interdisciplinary treatment planning.• Experience with orthognathic surgery cases.• Additional education in occlusion, gnathology, TMJ, craniofacial growth or dentofacial orthopedics.• MOrth (RCS), European Board, American Board or equivalent advanced credentials.What We Offer• Advanced and challenging clinical cases.• Exposure to multidisciplinary treatment planning.• Collaboration with experienced clinicians in restorative dentistry, surgery and gnathology.• Modern diagnostic and treatment protocols.• Mentorship and continuous professional development.• A collaborative environment with clear opportunities for professional growth.Competitive package starting at AED 20,000/month.
