The clinic focuses on holistic, patient-first care, helping community members maintain their health and well-being.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Orthodontist role based in Dubai at Berry Hill Polyclinic. The Orthodontist will provide specialized orthodontic evaluations, diagnose malocclusions and other dental alignment issues, and develop individualized treatment plans using braces, aligners, and other orthodontic appliances. Daily responsibilities include performing clinical procedures, monitoring treatment progress, adjusting appliances, and maintaining accurate patient records. The Orthodontist will collaborate with general dentists and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care, educate patients and families on treatment options and oral hygiene, and contribute to maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and patient satisfaction.Qualifications Strong foundation in Medicine and Dentistry to support safe, comprehensive patient care.Advanced expertise in Orthodontics, including diagnosis, treatment planning, and appliance management.Proficiency in Treatment and Dental Care, with a focus on preventive care and long-term oral health outcomes.Recognized dental degree and specialized orthodontic qualification; valid license or eligibility to practice in Dubai/UAE.Experience working in a clinical dental or orthodontic setting, preferably within a multidisciplinary clinic.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex treatments clearly and support patient-centered care.Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and adherence to infection control and clinical safety protocols.Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and contribute to a respectful, inclusive workplace culture.
