ORTHOPAEDIC REGISTRAR📍 Location: Dhahran, Eastern Province, Saudi ArabiaWe are currently seeking an experienced Orthopaedic Registrar to join a leading healthcare organisation in Dhahran, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia.The successful candidate will provide high-quality, cost-effective orthopaedic care to eligible patients, working under the supervision of an Attending Physician and within approved hospital credentials and clinical privileges.Key ResponsibilitiesAssess, admit and manage orthopaedic patients through the Emergency Department, outpatient clinics and hospital transfers.Conduct patient assessments, investigations, treatment planning and ongoing clinical management under the supervision of the Attending Physician.Conduct daily inpatient rounds and respond to clinical reviews and consultations.Participate in trauma, Code Blue and rapid response activities according to approved clinical privileges.Provide timely inpatient consultations and support patients requiring intensive care.Prepare patients for discharge and complete accurate and timely discharge documentation.Provide outpatient orthopaedic consultations and refer patients to other specialties when appropriate.Evaluate emergency patients and perform minor emergency procedures where required and within approved privileges.Assist in the operating theatre and perform surgical procedures within approved credentials and privileges.Maintain high standards of patient safety, documentation, confidentiality and professional practice.Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, clinical audits, quality and safety initiatives and departmental activities.Contribute to teaching and educational activities for junior doctors, medical students and interns.Maintain up-to-date clinical knowledge and fulfil continuing medical education requirements.Candidate RequirementsMedical Degree from an approved medical schoolCompleted one-year recognised internshipCompleted formal postgraduate training in OrthopaedicsRelevant specialist certificationSCFHS registration as a RegistrarMinimum 2 years' experience in Orthopaedics following internshipExperience within a university-affiliated teaching hospital is preferredStrong clinical assessment, decision-making and communication skillsCommitment to patient safety, quality care and multidisciplinary teamworkWillingness to participate in on-call duties as requiredWhy Consider This Opportunity?This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Orthopaedic Registrar to join an established healthcare environment in Dhahran, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia, working alongside experienced medical and surgical teams in a multidisciplinary setting.If you are an Orthopaedic Registrar looking for an exciting career opportunity in Saudi Arabia, we would love to hear from you.
