Team members collaborate closely to provide a high standard of clinical quality, patient safety, and overall experience for individuals seeking specialized orthopedic care.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Orthopaedic Surgeon role based in Frisco, TX. The Orthopaedic Surgeon will evaluate and diagnose musculoskeletal injuries and conditions, review patient histories, order and interpret imaging and diagnostic tests, and develop individualized treatment plans. Daily responsibilities include performing orthopedic and spine-related surgical procedures, providing pre- and post-operative care, and coordinating with physical therapists, primary care clinicians, and other specialists. The role also involves educating patients and families about conditions and treatment options, maintaining accurate clinical documentation, and participating in quality improvement and practice development initiatives.Qualifications Strong foundation in clinical medicine with board eligibility or certification in Orthopedics. Fellowship training in Hand or Foot /Ankle surgery.Demonstrated expertise in Orthopedic Surgery and general Surgery techniques relevant to musculoskeletal care.Specialized skills in Hand or Foot ankle care, including diagnosis and management of disorders.Comprehensive knowledge of OrthopedicsCompleted accredited residency in Orthopedic Surgery; fellowship training in Hand , or Foot Ankle is preferred.Unrestricted medical license (or eligibility) in the state of Texas and current DEA registration.Strong diagnostic, clinical decision-making, and surgical planning skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team and communicate clearly with patients and colleagues.Commitment to evidence-based practice, continuous learning, and high standards of patient safety and ethics.
