We are seeking an experienced Orthopaedic Surgeon to join our leading healthcare facility in the UAE. The ideal candidate will diagnose and treat musculoskeletal conditions, perform surgical procedures, and provide comprehensive care to patients with bone, joint, and sports-related injuries.Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and manage bone, joint, muscle, ligament, and tendon disordersPerform orthopaedic surgeries, including fracture fixation and joint-related proceduresManage traumatic injuries, fractures, dislocations, and degenerative joint conditionsEvaluate patients and develop individualized surgical and non-surgical treatment plansProvide pre-operative assessments and post-operative careCollaborate with physiotherapists and other specialists to support patient recoveryMonitor treatment outcomes and manage post-surgical complicationsMaintain accurate medical records and ensure high standards of patient safetyRequirementsQualifications & RequirementsMBBS or equivalent medical degreeMS, DNB, or equivalent postgraduate qualification in OrthopaedicsMinimum 3 years of post-specialization experience preferredExperience in orthopaedic surgical procedures and trauma managementStrong surgical, diagnostic, and patient communication skillsBenefitsPrivate Health InsuranceTraining & DevelopmentPerformance Bonus
