We are seeking a skilled Specialist Orthopaedic Surgeon to join our leading healthcare facility in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in diagnosing and surgically managing a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, injuries, and disorders.Key Responsibilities Diagnose and manage a broad range of orthopaedic conditions. Perform elective and emergency orthopaedic surgical procedures. Manage fractures, joint disorders, sports injuries, and musculoskeletal trauma. Perform appropriate arthroscopic and minimally invasive procedures. Manage conditions affecting the spine, joints, bones, muscles, and ligaments. Conduct comprehensive preoperative assessments and develop individualized surgical plans. Provide postoperative care and monitor patient recovery. Coordinate rehabilitation and follow-up care with physiotherapists and other specialists. Collaborate with radiologists, physiatrists, pain specialists, and other healthcare professionals. Counsel patients regarding treatment options, surgical procedures, risks, and recovery. Maintain accurate clinical and surgical documentation. RequirementsQualifications & Requirements MBBS or equivalent medical degree. MS/DNB/MD or equivalent postgraduate qualification in Orthopaedics. Minimum 3 years of post-specialization experience preferred. Strong experience in general orthopaedic surgery and trauma management. Experience in arthroscopy or minimally invasive orthopaedic procedures is an advantage. Excellent surgical skills, clinical judgment, and decision-making abilities.
