OT Cybersecurity Compliance Specialist

Experience: 10+ YearsWork Rights: Australian Citizen / PR / Valid VisaKey ResponsibilitiesManage OT cybersecurity compliance based on IEC 62443, NIST, ISO 27001, NIS2 and Australian cybersecurity standards.Perform cybersecurity risk assessments, vulnerability assessments and threat analysis for OT and industrial systems.Work with PLC, SCADA, HMI, industrial networks and remote access security.Support OT security design, implementation, system hardening and remediation activities.Manage cybersecurity governance, audits, supplier security reviews and compliance requirements.Support FAT/SAT, incident response, patch management, backup and recovery activities.Prepare security documents including risk registers, asset inventories, network diagrams, compliance reports and recovery procedures.Work closely with Engineering, IT, Operations, vendors and other stakeholders.Key SkillsStrong OT/ICS Cybersecurity experience.Strong knowledge of IEC 62443, NIST and ISO 27001.Good experience with PLC, SCADA and HMI systems.Industrial network and security experience including firewalls, VLANs and remote access.Experience in risk assessment, vulnerability management and system hardening.Good understanding of patching, backup/recovery and incident response.Strong documentation, communication and stakeholder management skills.Please drop your cv to hema@kaizenglobaltechnologies.com
