URGENT HIRING – OT IN-CHARGE📍 Location: Tezpur, AssamPosition: OT In-Charge / Operation Theatre ManagerQualification: B.Sc Nursing / GNM / B.Sc OT Technology or relevant qualificationExperience: Relevant OT management experience preferredKey Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations of the Operation Theatre Coordinate OT schedules with surgeons, anaesthetists and other departments Ensure OT readiness before every surgical procedure Supervise OT staff, technicians and support personnel Ensure availability of surgical instruments, consumables and equipment Monitor sterilization, infection-control and OT safety protocols Coordinate with CSSD for timely availability of sterile instruments Maintain OT registers, records, checklists and documentation Monitor inventory and coordinate with the stores department Ensure proper cleaning, disinfection and maintenance of OT areas Handle OT-related emergencies and operational issues efficiently Ensure compliance with hospital policies and quality standardsCandidate Profile Relevant qualification with hospital OT experience Strong knowledge of OT protocols and infection control Good team-management and coordination skills Ability to manage OT workflow efficiently Good communication and organizational skillsJob Type: Full-Time📍 Location: Tezpur, Assam📩 Interested candidates can share their updated CV along with: Current Location Total Experience OT Experience Current Salary Expected Salary Notice Period Availability for JoiningSkills: salary,theatre,availability,communication,consumables,skills,management,sc,checklists,infection
