OT Security Consultant | 6-Month Extendable Contract | DubaiRole OverviewWe are seeking an experienced OT Security Consultant to support a major cybersecurity transformation initiative within a critical infrastructure environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Operational Technology (OT) and Industrial Control Systems (ICS) cybersecurity, with a strong background in security assessments, architecture reviews, and industrial network security across sectors such as Oil & Gas, Energy, Utilities, or Manufacturing. Key ResponsibilitiesConduct OT Security Architecture and Technical Architecture Reviews.Perform security assessments of industrial networks, OT environments, and security controls.Review security configurations of firewalls, OT security tools, and industrial systems.Execute OT vulnerability assessments and support safe OT/ICS penetration testing activities.Assess environments against industry frameworks and standards including ISA/IEC 62443, NIST CSF, ISA-95, and Purdue Model.Evaluate the security of SCADA, DCS, PLC, SIS, Historian, and Alarm Management systems.Review and assess OT security platforms such as Nozomi, Dragos, and similar technologies.Analyze industrial communication protocols including Modbus, OPC, PROFIBUS, Foundation Fieldbus, and related technologies.Prepare technical reports, risk assessments, findings, and remediation recommendations.Collaborate with technical stakeholders, project teams, and client leadership. Required Experience10+ years of experience in OT/ICS Cybersecurity.Strong understanding of OT security architecture, industrial networks, and cybersecurity best practices.Experience performing OT security assessments within critical infrastructure environments.Hands-on exposure to industrial platforms such as Honeywell, ABB, Siemens, Emerson, Yokogawa, Rockwell Automation, or similar.Strong knowledge of SCADA and ICS network architecture.Experience working within Oil & Gas, Energy, Utilities, Manufacturing, or related sectors.Preferred CertificationsGICSP (Mandatory/Highly Preferred)ISA/IEC 62443 CertificationRelevant OT Security Technology Certifications (Nozomi, Dragos, etc.)Other relevant cybersecurity certifications are advantageous.
