Backed by energy and digital sector leaders, this powerhouse firm delivers advanced cybersecurity advisory, threat intelligence, and managed defence solutions to protect the Kingdom’s vital industrial assets and critical national infrastructure.Your New RoleAs an OT Cybersecurity Senior Consultant, you will join an elite operational technology team providing expert advisory, threat mitigation, and strategic security architectures to safeguard critical industrial control environments across Saudi Arabia.Key Responsibilities:OT Project & Strategic Leadership: Lead and deliver end-to-end OT cybersecurity consulting projects, vulnerability assessments, and risk mitigation strategies for critical infrastructure environments.Governance & Regulatory Compliance: Assess client OT security programs (policies, standards, procedures) and deliver recommendations to ensure full alignment with international frameworks and local regulations.Technical Assessments & Pen Testing: Conduct network architecture reviews, risk assessments, and lead penetration testing engagements across manufacturing and industrial facilities.Incident Management & Security Controls: Design and implement robust security controls to safeguard SCADA, DCS, and PLC systems, while leading response efforts during OT security incidents.Client Engagement & Advisory: Serve as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders, translating complex OT security concepts into actionable strategies and maintaining high client satisfaction.Talent Development: Mentor and share technical expertise with a rising team of young Saudi cybersecurity talent to build future capability in the field.What You'll Need to SucceedNationality & Location: Saudi National based in/relocating to Dhahran (required).Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s in Cybersecurity is a plus).Experience: Minimum 6 years of experience in OT cybersecurity, preferably within specialized cybersecurity consulting firms or major control system vendors.Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Industrial Control Systems (ICS), SCADA, DCS, and PLC environments, alongside proficiency in industrial communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, OPC, DNP3).Certifications: GICSP, CISSP, GRID, GIAC, or Certified ISA Expert designations are highly preferred.Consulting & Soft Skills: Strong analytical capabilities, excellent presentation and client-facing communication skills, and a demonstrated passion for mentoring junior technical teams.What You'll Get in ReturnYou will join a prestigious cyber defence leader at the absolute forefront of securing Saudi Arabia’s industrial core.
